Hello, friend! I’m Glenda, and "Mima" is the sweet name my grandson calls me.
There was a time when checking the mail was a moment of true anticipation. We used to find handwritten envelopes tucked between the bills—letters from loved ones, cards just to say hello, physical reminders that someone, somewhere, was thinking of us. I miss that feeling, and I know many others do, too.
I wanted to create something tangible—something you could physically hold in your hands—specifically designed to bring comfort, inspiration, and a gentle reminder that you are cherished.
That is how the Mima’s Mail Club was born. It is a little bit of my heart, sent through the mail to yours.
Every month, I sit down to curate a new theme and carefully bundle the pieces together with a delicate paper, topped with a custom tag struck on a vintage typewriter. It’s a slow, intentional process, meant to bring you a moment of quiet joy the second you open it.
We, mothers, aunts, grandmothers carry so many beautiful memories and so much love for our families! I want this to be a loving, tactile connection from this Mima to you.
What is waiting inside your envelope?
Each month, as part of your subscription, you will receive a decorated envelope that encases all the pieces bundled with a delicate paper, topped with a custom tag struck on a vintage typewriter.
The bundle will have:
- A Letter of Encouragement: A heartfelt letter originally written in my vintage Hermes typewriter, filled with uplifting thoughts and gentle positivity just for you.
- A Creative Spark: We all need a little playfulness! A surprise activity or craft. Examples are:
- The Collage Fun: A bag with a blank ATC (Artist Trading Card) along with beautiful materials for collaging, like scrapbook papers, handmade papers, cloth, die-cuts and more; or
- The Color Me Fun: A lovely postcard-sized line drawing, that I created just for you, ready for you to color and maybe send it to somebody; or
- Folding Origami: A page with something fun to fold and play.
- A Pocket of Color: A beautiful 3" x 4.5" paper fragment, cut from a larger sheet of abstract color splashes painted by me, or an original handpainted bookmark. These are each one of a kind, not reproductions.
- Words to Inspire: A carefully chosen poem, a thoughtful prompt, a comforting quote, or even a beloved recipe to try in your kitchen.
Note: Each letter, poem, prompt and recipe is typed, printed, and carefully packed by me.

Mima’s Mail Club envelopes are sent out at the end of each month. Your payment will renew on the same date each month as when you first joined.
By subscribing, you agree that your Mail Club membership will continue monthly until you decide to cancel.
Shipment Dates
All Mima’s Mail Club mailers for each month are sent out within the first week of that month. You’ll receive an email notification once that month’s mailer has shipped.
Tracking
To keep Mima’s Mail Club mailers affordable and accessible, they are shipped using U.S. stamps. Because of this, tracking is not available.
Sign-Up Period
You must sign up during the month prior to receive the following month’s Mima’s Mail Club mailer. For example, all mailers purchased in June will be sent in July. Active subscriptions are charged the same amount each month.
Wait Time
Please allow up to 7 business days after that month’s shipment date for US shipping, and up to 28 days for international shipping.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Mima’s Mail Club is billed monthly on the same day you first joined. If you signed up on February 5th, your next payment will be on March 5th, then April 5th, and so on. If you’d like to cancel, simply do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so through the customer portal. You can always re-subscribe at a later date!
Can I change my payment method or address?
You can update your address, payment details, or even pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your account in the customer portal.
What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll get an email letting you know the payment didn’t work, giving you a chance to update your card or payment details. Your subscription will be on hold until the payment is successful, which means your letter won’t ship until everything is sorted. If the payment can’t be completed after the retries, the subscription may be cancelled.
